I can't say enough nice things about Alicia Air. I have used them for all my service calls through the years and my a/c finally gave out in June. I was leaving on vacation and had a small window of time to have a whole new system installed. Not a great time for that to happen but it had to be done. You can shop all you want for pricing but when it comes down to it, it's all about the service, honestly, communication and the great technicians that they have. They covered all my floors and wore booties and got that monster of a unit upstairs and in my attic with the tiniest ding in my wall. The tech spackled it and I touched it up with paint and you can't even tell. I selected the variable speed a/c and with the new thermostat I'm looking forward to saving on my electric bill.
