Service and Repair

We respond quickly to all service calls, including after hours emergencies. Our experienced, factory-trained technicians arrive in company uniforms with fully equipped service trucks to complete any needed repairs expertly and efficiently. They are all NATE and EPA certified as well as fully licensed and insured, and they receive ongoing training in the latest repair techniques. Our technicians have quick access to a large local parts inventory, ensuring timely repairs even when special parts are needed. Finally, they use shoe covers and drop cloths to protect your property.

Contract Maintenance Plan

Alicia Air's commercial HVAC maintenance plan features automatically scheduled appointments for periodic tune-ups. Regular maintenance of your HVAC system prevents breakdowns and other problems, maximizes its efficiency and extends its lifetime. You'll save money on energy bills as well as big repairs and/or replacement. A well-performing HVAC system also helps ensure the productivity of your employees, because they're not uncomfortably hot or cold. We give you a 5% discount off the regular price for each maintenance visit, and you also receive priority scheduling for HVAC emergencies; you go right to the front of the line for our 24 hours a day, seven days a week emergency service.

We make sure your system is consistently performing at its best, and warning codes alert us immediately of any problems.
