If you are having problems, here are some things to try first:

1. Is the thermostat set to the right mode? ( HEAT for heat - COOL for cool)
2. Temperature set above/below desired function.
3. Does fan come on when set from Auto to ON?
4. Does 110V outlet work? (Plug in a light or other appliance and check)
5. Is your filter clean? We recommend changing once a month.
6. Is the circuit breaker on in the main panel?
