We have the technical expertise to provide solutions to all your home or office comfort needs. The scope of our work includes both residential and commercial service, maintenance and installation. With our well equipped sheet metal shop, we can provide or fabricate most fittings.

If you're looking for a part for your furnace or air conditioner, we stock many common parts so give us a call to find that hard to find filter or part.

Design and installation of custom home comfort systems is one of our specialties. We have worked with many premier builders in areas including Pelican Point, Irvine, Santa Ana, San Clemente, Newport Beach, Balboa Island, Laguna Beach, Orange, Long Beach and Corona Del Mar. We also provide solutions for remodels and modernization of existing systems for both residential and commercial applications.

Our friendly, professional office staff is available Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to assist you with your Service, Maintenance, Parts and Installation needs.

In addition to our office hours, we have a 24 hr., 7 day a week after hours service in order to access our on-call service technician or a Sales representative to assist you.

Our Standard Residential Service Rates:
Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We have an $85.00 diagnostic service charge. Our technician will inform you as to the problem with your equipment and give you the cost for repair. If special order parts are required, we will order them and return to complete the service as soon as possible

For service rates outside of normal business hours: Overtime rates for Residential service is $100.00 trip charge along with the $85.00 diagnostic charge.

For Commercial service on you building, please ask for the standard rates. Overtime rate is a$100.00 trip charge with an additional $40.00 for each 15 minutes on site.

Commercial Services

In addition to providing all of the above services, we also provide "turn-key" service for your commercial application including design, plans, permitting and installation. Please contact our office for assistance on your project.
